What to expect from the Beta
Simulator included
The packaged app includes Icarus Verilog 13.0. You do not need to install it separately.
Unsigned software
macOS packages are unsigned and not notarized, so Gatekeeper may warn. Windows packages are not code-signed, so SmartScreen may warn. Linux packages are not repository-signed.
Results have limits
A green readiness check covers only the built-in engine and a fixed local test. A passing project run means its executed checks passed; it does not prove coverage, protocol compliance, or general design correctness.
Nilavon Studio is proprietary commercial software, provided free of charge only for authorized private-Beta evaluation under the packaged license.
