Who operates the site
Nilavon is currently operated personally by its owner and is not yet a registered company.
Waitlist information
The waitlist requires an email address and explicit consent to be contacted about Beta access. Name, role, interested platform, and a short description of intended use are optional. The information is used to understand interest, evaluate private-Beta fit, and contact selected participants.
Product and website feedback
Anyone can submit a category and message about Nilavon Studio or this website. Email, product version, and platform are optional. If you provide an email address, it may be used to follow up about the report.
Do not submit RTL source code, credentials, private logs, proprietary designs, or other confidential information. The service does not accept file uploads.
Website visit counts
The site sends a small first-party request on each page load. It records the number of page views each UTC day. To estimate daily unique visitors, the server uses the visitor IP address only while handling that request to make a secret-keyed, day-specific value. It does not store the raw address, cookies, the page visited, or a browser identifier for this count. People sharing an address may count as one, and someone whose address changes may count more than once. The daily estimates cannot be combined into an all-time count of distinct people. Browser blocking and automated traffic can also affect the figures.
The day-specific values are removed from the live database after the next UTC day by a daily cleanup job, with a three-day maximum during normal operation. Encrypted rotating backups that contain an expired value age out within 30 additional days. Anonymous daily totals may be kept for trend reporting. Counts are available only to the site operator, not as a public dashboard.
Storage and security
Form records are stored in a database controlled by the operator. Application logging is designed to exclude form bodies and email addresses. The planned production proxy logs do not retain raw visitor IP addresses. Secrets remain in server environment configuration, outside the website and source repository.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist records and identifiable feedback may be retained for up to 24 months from submission. Raw feedback is deleted when it expires, whether or not it includes an email address. The operator may preserve genuinely anonymized, non-personal product insights separately.
You may request deletion at any time by emailingprivacy@siliqode.com from the address associated with your submission. Valid requests are processed within 30 days. Deleted records may remain in rotating encrypted backups for no more than 30 additional days before those backups expire.
Feedback submitted without an email address may not be linkable to a later deletion request. Include an email only if follow-up or email-associated deletion matters to you.
Changes to this notice
Material changes must be reviewed before publication. The public notice must state an effective date and must match the deployed forms service and operational retention practice.
Professional legal review remains recommended before a broader commercial or generally available launch.
